What is a flex desk?
A flex desk membership allows you to access our shared co-working space and choose from any available desk for a day of work. A flex desk — known at times as a hot desk — is not reserved for any one person, but is available for use by all flex desk members, giving you the ability to change up your working situation. Flex desk memberships are a perfect way to enjoy both productivity and collaboration.
How is a flex desk different from a dedicated desk?
A flex desk is not reserved for an individual, and is available for use by any flex desk member. By contrast, those on a dedicated desk membership have a reserved desk for their own personal use. Both are within the co-working space, though the dedicated desk membership comes at a higher cost.
What is included in a flex desk membership?
A flex desk membership includes access to our shared co-working space and a variety of available desks, as well as access to the entire Haven Workspaces during business hours. Flex desk members can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities and meeting rooms pending availability.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Our flex desk memberships are flexible, and you can choose either a month-to-month plan or a longer-term subscription, depending on the needs of your business. Flex desk leases can extend up to 12 months.
Who is a flex desk best suited for?
Flex desks are ideal for freelancers and remote workers, as well as entrepreneurs and startup owners. This membership option is also good for workers who may only be in an area temporarily, such as business travellers. Flex desks provide a flexible working environment without needing to commit to a permanent desk.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
