A dedicated desk is an individual permanent workspace in our co-working space. This desk exclusively belongs to you, allowing you to personalise it and leave it set up the way that you like. A dedicated desk gives you a great balance between the stability of your own space and the flexibility of the co-working environment.
How is a dedicated desk different from a flex desk?
Your dedicated desk is exclusively yours, whereas those on a flex desk membership do not have an assigned desk, but instead use a variety of desks in the co-working space, depending on availability.
What is included in a dedicated desk membership?
A dedicated desk membership includes your own permanent spot with an ergonomic chair, as well as 24/7 access to Haven Workspaces. Dedicated desk members can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities and meeting rooms pending availability.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Our dedicated desk memberships are flexible, and you can choose either a month-to-month plan or a longer-term subscription, depending on the needs of your business. Dedicated desk leases can extend up to 24 months.
